In-N-Out

Lyvi absolutely LOVES In-N-Out! She knows exactly where she is at soon as we pull in the parking lot and she sees the sign out front. The other night Justin grilled some hambugers and Lyvi would not eat it . We have created a addict for In-n-out hambuger and fries. She was honored to wear the hat.

Christmas day

We woke up around 7:30am which is normal around here. We skipped breakfast till later and went straight to opening up presents. Lyvi really enjoyed Christmas this year. She wasn't sure at first what to do with the present. I blame myself for that, for the last week we've had presents under our tree. She hasn't been allowed to touch them. After helping Lyvi rip into her first present she knew exactly what to do after that.
Lyvi and her presents. These had to be her FAVORITE present. She loves to hear her shoes on the tile After searching 2 years Justin finally picked out a new TV. He opened it a couple weeks before Christmas. He wouldn't let me wrap it up or even go near it so all I could do was put a tiny little bow on the corner of it. He is in LOVE. I even caught him saying goodnight to it once:)
Justin then made german pancakes for breakfast. I always leave breakfast to Justin because he is a pro at making it.
Lyvi and her high heels and puckered lipsWe headed to my parents house to talk to my brother who is on his mission. It had to have been my favorite part of the whole day! After everyone finished chatting with Jacob we had a yummy lunch.
Here is Lyvi and my dad enjoying her new table and chairs.
We couldn't leave there house before chasing Granna's chickens.
Next stop was Justin's parents house. We had dinner and opened presents together.
I love this picture of all the cousinsJustin's Grandma and Grandpa D. made all the great grandchildren there own blanket.
Lyvi and her micorphone. She hasn't played with it yet much because Justin hasn't put it down.
Our family gift this year was a Wii. Justin and I have been wanting a Wii so we are pretty excited.
We hope all our family and friends had a Merry Christmas!

Christmas eve

Christmas eve started with lunch followed by a fun/nerveracking game of "bingo." Unfortunately Justin and I weren't the big winners but he still won a 25$ gift card to in-n-out and I won a 30$ gift card to TJ Max, not bad. Tyler, Lauren and I The Cousins minus NathanThat night my sister had my family over for dinner, trailer ride, and some games.
Here is Lyvi and I getting ready to freeze on the trailer ride...
Some of the carolers. We then played a fun game that my mom brought. Everyone had two dice, and once you rolled doubles you could to try to unwrap a present (which was triple wrapped with heavy packaging tape) with gloves. The dice kept going around so whenever someone rolled doubles they had to take the gloves off the person before them and begin trying to unwrap the present.

Justin and his "tinker bell" hat that says SASSY on the side that he stole from my Grandma.Gwen and Lyvi Christmas pajamas
Gwen drew Lyvi's name in the Cousin gift exchange. She would not let me take off her tutu.
It was a BUSY and tiring night BUT it was so worth it!

Lyvi at the Children's museum playing on the xylophone made out of tools.
Ice cream station her favoriteI am so happy she'll wear this. We just got to make sure we call it a "bow" and not beanie. For some odd reason if you tell her lets put your beanie on she runs the opposite direction, but if you call it a bow she is willing to wear it:)
Yesterday at school Lyvi and her cousins learned about the letter "R", sang Christmas songs, and made Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer out of Popsicle sticks.

Our Weekend

Friday we took Lyvi to Chandler mall to visit Santa Clause. While waiting in line to see Santa Lyvi was waving and blowing kisses at him. That changed real fast when it was her turn...We knew she would be happy to see Santa, but she was literally brought to tears. Really unexpected for her to be that happy :) (Quick shout out to Justin for standing behind the photographer and taking these pictures so, we didn't have to pay $29.99.) Lyvi's award for sitting on Santa's lap was visiting the dogs at the pet shop. The girl is CRAZY about dogs.
Saturday evening at the last minute we put on every coat we own and went to the APS light parade. It was freezing but we had a good time. Lyvi really enjoyed the lights. She was doing alot of oooooh's and aawww's.I'm aware plaid and poka dots don't match but like I said before it was freezing.
It was a busy but fun filled weekend.
