After serving two years in Paraguay Jacob returned home April 15th. The nieces and nephews were at the edge of their seats waiting for uncle Jacob.

Home at lastFirst time meeting June. She loves him! Lyvi on the other hand was scared, didn't say one word to him. They now are best buddies. Showing off his custom made Paraguay suit

Disneyland

Justin, Lyvi and I celebrated her birthday in Disneyland. She loved the rides mostly Dumbo and the Tea cups.

All she really wanted to do was meet the princesses. There is a show where they teach the girls how to dance, wave and curtsy like a princess. At the very end Cinderella, snow white, and sleeping beauty come out and dance around the may pole.

The moment Lyvi has been waiting for...

She was in HEAVEN!

The next day we ate lunch at "Ariel's grotto" where all the princesses travel around the restaurant to take pictures and chat with each table. Here is Justin and Lyvi waiting for our table.

(Lyvi had her eye on sleeping beauty)

I never seen Lyvi hug anyone the way she was hugging the princesses. (note to self: buy myself a princess dress).

Buzz lightyear ride

Toy story ride

Waiting for the fireworks and the "world of color" show.

It was fun to spend time with just Lyvi but all 3 of us were dieing to get home to June Bug. *Special thanks to Bekah and Tyler & my Mom and Dad for taking such great care of June. We appreicate you guys!

3

Today Lyvi turned 3 years old.

( she's pretty sassy these days)Here's a few things we would like to remember about Lyvi at age 3:

Favorite meal: Tilapia and broccoli

Favorite movie: Tangled and Snowwhite

Favorite animal: Dog ( she hates cats! if you tell her you' re going to buy her a cat she gets SUPER angry)

Best friend: Kenzie and Blake

She loves to dance

She is obsessed with all Disney Princess

She loves being a big sister

Recently she begs for me to put rollers in her hair after her bath

Happy Birthday Lyvi! We love you.

Side note: June is 7 mo. today. If you know Justin you know he LOVES BYU! He wants to name his first born son Jimmer very badly. That's not happening so he now calls June "Junner." Sorry June.

Saturday

Saturday was spent outside for most of the day. Starting off with morning chores, letting the chickens out and gather eggs.Playing in the sprinkler...while sister watched. We then went over to my parents house to visit my Uncle and Aunt who were in town visiting from Kansas. We visited, ate lunch, and the kids enjoyed "snoopy rides".
Here are few pictures of some of the riders...

These girls are attached at the hip. (gotta love big brothers)Afternoon nap

My dad then hooked up the cart to Snoopy. The carrot was supposed to be for Snoopy but Lyvi had other plans...

It was a fun filled Saturday, by the end of the day Lyvi was asking to go to bed.

6 Months

June had her 6 month check up today.
Weight: 16pounds 8oz
Height: 27 1/2
Here are some fun things we would like to remember about June at this age.
*She loves Lyvi like crazy and is constantly searching the room when she's not in sight
*She's rolled over once Justin, Lyvi and I saw it, we all screamed while jumping up and down. probably scared her so bad and now she's to scared to do it again.
*She prefers her swing over anyone else
*Loves to laugh and smile
*Hates to be on her tummy
* When Justin gets home from work she kicks and smiles until she gets his attention
We love our June bug

*In other news: Lyvi is on her second week of potty training. She still has accidents here and there but is still doing great. We are proud of her. (I'll be honest I'm more proud of myself for surviving the first week of potty training.) Here is Lyvi aka Sleeping beauty on her throne. It takes talent peeing in a dress. She's a natural.

What we've been up to

June turned 5 monthsCan't believe I'm posting a picture of June without a bow (I love the picture too much). I'm pretty strict when it comes to my babies wearing bows but something has happened where at times I get too lazy. The other day I had to run the store to grab something and I didn't put a bow on June. Lyvi was so disturbed that she kept telling me to go back home and get June's bow.

I've never been a fan of play-doh. It's messy, but when it keeps Lyvi busy for 3 hours straight it becomes my best friend.

I've caught Lyvi multiple times pretending she's "snowwhite" singing in the wishing well. Her imagination is something else.

We went to the Mesa youth museum with some friends
