Broken arm

Two weeks ago my sister Jenny invited my sisters and I over to let the cousins play. The kids were outside playing while the adults were inside finishing eating lunch. Next thing we know Lyvi comes into the house crying saying her right arm hurts. None of the kids saw what happened, we think she was trying to climb on the playground and slipped. We didn't think her arm was broke because she could still use it but favored her left arm more. It then bruised up pretty good and the only time it hurt was when someone touched it. Well we (meaning Justin) finally decided to take her in to see a doctor, sure enough she fractured both bones. I could NOT believe it. I've seen her support her body weight on it, color, play etc. She was so excited to get home and show me her sling which she loves, she calls it her purse and her stickers. The doctor told us to make sure to get her in the next day to get her hard cast. So Bonnie (J.'s Mom) Lyvi, June and I went to the doctor today. She was super nervous. Until the nurse gave Lyvi's doll a cast too. After she saw the doll's cast she was excited to pick the color of her cast.

She picked pink... of course. The nurse let her take home some extra bandages. She has already rapped up her babies and Justin's arm.

I know, I know "Mother of the year" right?

Gilbert Days

Last Saturday was the Gilbert Days Parade. It's pretty much a big deal to the Burr family. We go every year. While driving to the parade Justin told me he was to excited to sleep the night before. It was such a "proud wife moment." His goal every year is try to get as much free stuff as he can. Shirts, candy, balloons, coupons to restaurants etc. Lyvi of course loved every minute of it. I was a little disappointed in June who slept through the entire parade. Here are a few pictures. These two sat like this for most of the parade. They're best cousins! After the parade we went over to my parents house for pizza and Snoopy rides

June's Big Day

Sunday November 7th was June blessing day. Justin gave such an amazing blessing. We are so blessed to have June in our family. She is by far the sweetest baby.

Thank you to my lovely Sis-in-law Bekah for taking our pictures. Also, thanks to all our family and friends who came to the blessing. We love you guys!

She's finally a pet owner

Lyvi is a proud owner of two baby chicks. It took her awhile to name them. She went through some names such as: Papa, Max, and Grandma. Lyvi then decided she liked the names "Eight" and "Blondie". Eight and Blondie
don't ask who is who because no one knows. She's in love! She asks often if we can take them on a walk or if she can chase them like Granna's chickens. We're excited we are now "pets mart" shoppers and we can take or chicks shopping with us, of course after we purchase a purse to carry them in.
*Special thanks to Papa (my dad) for buying them for us.

Sad note: June had to get 3 shots yesterday.
2 months
Happy note: She slept all day and night. Literally.
Height: 24 1/4
Weight: 11 lbs 10 oz

Tyler and Bekah as "publishers clearing house" Lyvi and Justin Chow down on a hot dogAll night Lyvi followed Tyler around wanting him to dance with her...and you can already tell June will be following in Lyvi's footsteps... He's such a pro when it comes to babies and Kids.
Saturday night we hung out with some of our good friends. Here is "officer Deacon" and "Snow white"
